E85 actually can cause an injector to stick open in a needle/ball & seat injector. It is due to the hygroscopic properties of ethanol which can lead to the metal of the seat corroding.
Anyways. Its all theory until OP dives deeper into it and finds the failure.

I'll just say we disagree and leave it at that. I do work for a worldwide manufacturer of fuel injectors ( gasoline and diesel injectors.)

You mentioned putting marvel mystery oil in the cylinders; did you fill the cylinders? I'd fill them up into the bore the plug goes into. That way you'll be able to see the level drop as It works it's way past the rings over a day or 3.

    OME and worth every penny.
I really could only make out 1 cylinder bottom and it looked good. No reason to think the top was any worse.

Were the 3 bad looking plugs from the same side?

If it doesn't free up easily with marvel or the like now, I guess it's time to pull a head.

    You know you want to.

I think two plugs where on the right side one on the left. I can pull the head it’s the timing chain that I worry about. I can do a lot to cars but to be honest when it comes to the Internals of a motor I’m a rookie at.

Say man. I couldn't always fly. But that first time I was like screw it, I am gonna learn... and dove in. Now it's time for your to dive in. It aint like TW will leave you hanging anyway. Think about it. You can already do body work...if you could do engine work too. You would be the Yogi Bear of tacoma world picnics. Talked about for years to come. A mule among miniature donkeys.

Some of those plugs definitely show signs of corrosion from water and or coolant. I wouldn't think highly of the previous owner who stated it was running fine also. Those plugs didn't come from a well running engine.

Here's the truth. It will likely be more cost effective and timely, to swap in a used engine, rather that rebuild this one. This coming from the guy who has built and rebuilt a many.

Doesn't mean that I am not completely fascinated by what is preventing yours from turning, though.
