    I've seen the workout thread and the crossfit thread, but no WOD thread. Just thought I might start including times.

    15 minutes as many as you can burpees into a pull up x10...
    10-30" box jumps.

    Yeah, put your workout of the day on here. The other thread is good, but its mostly discussion. I thought it would help to have a wod thread only.

    I just signed up for the Memorial Hotshot WOD in Prescott AZ this August. I've done it before but I'm gonna take it more seriously this time.

    This should be more related to Hero wods and Girl wods if speaking in terms of weights and times. Any other wod is pieced together by the coach and will vary for everyone.
