    so 4.5" BS?

mine are 3.5", and i plan on running a narrow tire. Really trying hard to fit a 2.5"x10" with the Solo shock relocation kit.

i might get away with it I'm thinking, or at least with a small spacer.

i had an aal before these and these are much better. nice and firm over the sagged stockers and they seem to flex real good only limited by the 10" travel nitro8000s (im using the 95-97 version which are shorter too) which i plan on relocating and/or replacing

I can see the handling benefits of having the shocks outside the frame, but as for travel, I hate to rain on your parade but it doesn't look like you are getting much more than most other "normal" setups. Maybe it will improve some when you get new leafs unless you're already hitting the max extension of the shocks?

It might be worth revisiting the shock mounts. I'm only running 9.75" travel shocks, but I relocated the mounts and I think I'm getting several more inches of travel than you are even with shorter shocks. It all comes down to the mounting locations to maximize the travel of the shocks. Then getting leafs that flex without binding.

    stuff

Willbeck, I have the solo kit and have yet to install. I have pro comp La paz 16x8 wheel with 4.5" backspacing. Going to run 1.25"spacer for total 3.25 offset. I'd like to squeeze 2.5x10 racerunners in there. Deaver J59 leafs as well. I have Toyo Mt 305/70/16 tires . Looks like its possible. What do you think?

I highly doubt you're going to snap your leafs by flexing the suspension unless they're already cracked.
