Ive been dealing with a cruise control that has been slowly going out over time in my 1999 Tacoma. For a while there it would randomly turnoff going down the road, then it would turnoff when you hit a bump and now finally it won't hold at all.

Now when you turn the cruise on the light just slowly blinks.
Checking the code by jumping the terminals in the DLC1 shows code 12 and 14, which are Actuator Magnetic Clutch Circuit and Actuator Motor Circuit/ Actuator Position Sensor Circuit respectively.

So now Im needing the wiring schematic or FSM for my 1999 Truck, I have one for a 1996 however it looks like my cruise control actuator plugs are different than what the 96 fsm shows.

To continue dignosing I need a 1999 FSM. I used to have the 2000 one from ttora saved but I can't seem to access it anymore. Anyone help?

Specifically I need the cruise control actuator pinout and the cruise control ECU pinout.

I have the 99 FSM and I can look for the diagram and post it. Are you sure it's not a faulty clutch safety switch or a clutch pedal that won't return fully when released due to worn bushing? If your clutch pedal is wobbly/loose or you haven't done the clutch spring mod yet, I'd start there.

Just updating this for anyone in the future. I replaced the actuator with another from the junkyard and she came back to life, got my cruise back!
