    SOLD

Selling my 2004 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD V6 4X4. Truck has approximately 158k but increasing due to daily use. I bought the truck with 104k in September of 2017. I've taken 3 trips from Connecticut to Florida and back, and one from Connecticut to Indiana and back with no issues. No complaints and wouldn't hesitate to get in the truck and drive it back down to Florida. A typical North East Toyota, I've replaced a fair amount of things under the truck and have receipts for almost everything. I tried to modify and repair the truck as if I would be keeping it long term so I try not to skip out on quality. AC Blows ice cold. Body is probably 7/10. One ding in the rockers before the sliders, and the front/rear bumpers have some rust. No corrosion on the body or bed. I have the OEM spare tire but the mechanism to hold it is removed. I lifted the truck in July of 2018 and have put about 40k on it since. I bought a stiffer front spring anticipating a front bumper but I haven't pulled the trigger on one. I'll be doing another oil change at 160k and sending off an oil sample to add to my binder of paperwork for the truck if it doesn't sell by then.

    The details
    -158k
    -Clean title in hand
    -No check engine light
-One reported accident (can provide picture)
    -Front Tundra 13WG brake swap
-Replaced rear drums and all components at 146k
    -New rear e-brake cable
    -New sway bar end links
    -OEM type replacement muffler
    -Weathertech window vents
    -Bluetooth stereo
    -Short antenna
    -Windshield replaced at approximately 150k
    -Fuel filter 127k
    -Spark plug wires at 127k
    -255/85/16 Cooper ST Maxx
-Bilstein 5100 shocks with Eibach 620lb spring in the front
-Bilstein 5125 shock in the rear
    -OME Dakar rear leaf pack
    -U Bolt Flip kit
    -Rear axle angle shim
    -Greaseable oem length rear shackles
-Total Chaos front upper control arms
    -4x innovations rock sliders
    -Front diff drop
    -Geartech fender liner splash guards
-Relocated both front breathers and rear diff (to gas door)
-Stainless brake lines front and rear
-Lower ball joints, TC UCA, Tundra brake swap, stainless lines, all lift components installed at 119k

    Replaced at 156k
    -Timing belt
    -Water pump
    -Spark plugs
    -Thermostat
    -Valve cover gaskets
    -Cam seals
    -Crank seal
    -Idler and tensioner
    -Accessory belts
-Tranny filter (just because, there were no issues)
    -Tranny fluid
    -Rear diff fluid
    -Front diff fluid
    -Transfer case fluid
    -Coolant
    -Vapor canister purge valve
    -New Intake manifold gasket
    -New OEM PCV
-Tranny upper dip stick w/ o-ring
-Brand new brake lines from the front proportion valve all the way back including LSPV

When I bought the truck the previous owner said the frame had been replaced, but unfortuantely wasn't done by Toyota, and was just swapped out with a better condition one. It definitely has corrosion and I've tried my best to wire brush, prime and paint the problematic spots but there is already corrosion in some areas that I would weld in Safe T caps. Welding on the rock sliders also presented more blow through the frame with an inconsistent welder, but the sliders are solid and have had no issues.

Having two vehicles and moving cross country at the end of the year I'd like to pass it on to someone else that could enjoy it. I've gotten a lot of great use out of it and if it doesn't sell I won't mind keeping it so I'm not in a rush to sell. I'm located in CT and the truck is registered in Florida (it's always been a New England truck). Will update with some more photos later this week.

Usually bronze wheels on a silver truck kind of clashes, IMO. But that color wheel really compliments your truck--looks awesome!

I'm not a buyer, but just wanted to say great looking truck overall--GLWS
