Mixer knob. I actually use that. I don't touch the radio knobs!

I also had to replace the tugger bolts on my mill head. They were feeling spongy and were about to strip out, and could not find a quick replacement so I just made them.

My mill spindle is also running warmer than it should so I have new (higher quality) bearings in just waiting for the inevitable seizure.

Made in China, ugh. Clearly everything designed to fall apart in 1 year, but I knew that going in.

Once I make it through the high wear and tear items I should be good for a long time.

With the new bearings I will definitely be going for a servo drive spindle in the near future. Get those RPM's up as high as the unbalanced spindle shaft can handle. Already have the new mount and pulley system designed for that.

That is the great thing about standard parts. Swap in the good stuff and rock-n-roll.

Still building inventory, up to 60 now and have to make blanks from the rest of my stainless and Ti stock before I move toward finishing operations. I am estimating 4-6 knobs from each of those materials before I am completely out.

First wave I aim to make five each of the V2 AT and MT configurations pictured in the first post, and 3-5 similarly spec'd V1 AT knobs (sans any of the top or collar engravings). If there proves to be interest in V2 Delrin hybrids, I can always sub some of those in.

I will also take one custom order (which should be SS or Ti, as I do not plan to work on these materials outside of custom orders).

Pricing will be no different or anything, just a new structure. Thanks for being patient, it has been nice living my life again these past 6 weeks or so.

I have a fair amount of flawed Titanium if blemishes (porosity) are no issue. Won't even charge for the material for those. I will have some flawless stuff, but not sure how much until I complete the shift knob blanks.

The threads on our mixer were 5/16"-18 ... and I'm assuming this should be pretty standard (hopefully).

Just the standard Kitchen Aid Mixer is what we got. Would make for a great replacement, as I’m sure the original one is long gone after many PCS moves
