Custom Box for a 2004 Ext. Cab

I am looking at building a custom box for the backseat of my 04 Taco. Here is the kicker. I still need "use" of the backseat. By use, basically I will need to still have the ability to put a car seat in the back (with the subs turned off of course). I attached a couple pics of a design I saw someone else do in their truck and really liked it. The only difference for me, would be I am only looking to do 2 maybe 3 subs (10s or 12s). Trying to get a nice box that won't break the checkbook.
