Hey guys. Ok, I finally decided to build my own light bar for my 99 Taco.
Bunch of steel...what could it be good for?

pipe cut and welded *I don't have a pipe bender...so this is a little different ;)*

yes, holes had to be cut through the plastic bumper

Most all of the tools and hardware required to mount this baby up :D

I'm planning on painting and bed lining the bar before I use it. Right now it isn't mounted up. I am also trying to figure out how to cap off the ends of the pipe. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for stopping by, more pics should be coming :)

I'm looking at the one snobord made me right now leaning against my desk... It looks like he cut some ovals just smaller than the tube (the tubing is also oval) and welded them on.

You could also try to find rubber plugs at the hardware store that are the right size

All right, the ovals are an idea. Rubber is probably what I am going to use for my first bar. I need to see what the local hardware stores have for plugs.

    Hey thanks guys
