For you, yes. Just tell me which signals you want. Are you planning to prepare for the rapture???

For reference, you can get into the fuse box with drilling or cutting. If you want more details I can do that tomorrow.

Awesome, thanks!! I was planning to just do the Side Markers and High Beams for my switchpros trigger wires. But being prepared for the rapture is probably the responsible move, so let’s do that.

Like you pointed out, I am a little unclear on which wire is which on the LED headlights, so I’ll defer to you on how it should wired.

Thanks, I remember seeing something about that in the switchpros mega thread but I can’t find it now.

First off, let me rewind and say how brilliant you are to be thinking about the rapture.

ok, on to specifics. I have 14 gauge amp now. And I have 4 position amp. So I’ll do one four banger T then split to two x 2 outputs. One for Switch-Pros triggers and one for rapture lights.

Now I just need time to get started.I’m rather behind still. I’ll put it on a piece of paper with your name on it for now.

@caribe makaira, want to draw it up? MX-150 T to 4 position amp on white, pink, lt green and ground to two 2 position amp, one w ground + diodes on park and DRL, another with high and parking light.

Thanks guys. Sounds great. But if it’s easier/faster to do it without the Rapture wire that’s fine too since I don’t know that I will ever be installing them.

It’s $20 extra if you have a pro grille. Now is when you say “but pro grilles are so lame” and then I have no good response.

I think the offroad grille rapture lights are more spendy.

Here is what I think you want with some future proofing for the rapture should you decide to prepare.

Turn and low beam would appear to be useless for any aux use and are therefore configured as direct pass through.

I could see two turn taps being useful for feeding flashers. However I don’t have any 5 position AMP so I had to choose. I might buy some 6 position AMP and standardize the LED T’s and pre make some. Just adds to bulk though.

The low beam signal is particularly useless.

The SwitchPro can be configured to use a negative signal which can be tap at C11 (there's a T for that)

Yes, if taking triggers from the cab then negatives work great.

Some (many) prefer to grab triggers from the engine bay entirely. The trigger wire is ridiculously thick (16 gauge possibly?) which does add bulk through the firewall. I scratch my head wondering why the control panel can't provide the triggers and interface with the power module via it's dedicated 4 wire cable but that's pure design stuff. Really if the command module communicated wirelessly you'd only need to give it power and ground, then you could have flexibility to tap triggers from anywhere. And it sure would be nice to have up to 8 triggers, one per circuit.

I just went with dome but I could see the appeal of high beam if I actually got to go anywhere interesting.

Definitely not my taste but yes we can tap turns and ground as well as DRL or combo DRL and parking light. Just don’t have anything for accessory other than add a fuse to the main fuse box or relay.

Hit me via DM if you want this, I think I already have your address somewhere so we just gotta figure out the price tag and we're done? Assuming this is what you want for now?

We can adjust down the line, the AMP 4 position isn't an overly expensive connector so if we have to toss or recycle that one, no big deal.
