I see. I gave the wrong part number. You have gave the right one for the seal installed into the knuckle towards the axle. I'm looking for the dust shield pressed onto the CV axle. Not sure why I can't find that part number unless Toyota doesn't sell separately. Their parts ordering sucks. Why isn't there just a part fiche to make finding easier.

National seal knuckle to CV #710573 (one in the knuckle).
Clean out all the rust and crap and sand/3M pad the inner area where the new seal gets installed they can be tight. Believe I used a 3" diameter ball joint ring tool rented from Advance to pound in.
The metal on the new seal can rub on the other CV side seals metal and you can see/hear it if it does. When you pulled the CV out sometimes you bend that CV seals metal. The CV mounted seal comes on a new CV so you may not find one separate.

Thanks for that. I saw some posts about installing both the seal into the knuckle and on the outer CV joint so assumed I can get it. I need to call parts department to order some things so hopefully they'll know. just hate dealing with them, wanted to order online and not talk to anyone

That SKF has no seal (as above) or o-ring with it (some brands do) so when I did mine I had to carefully clean off my old o-ring and use it again - now you know.
I had assumed it came with one mounted on it - nope. You can see them in the Rockauto pics of other brands.

Yeah I saw that before I ordered but SKF is a brand I know and they have five year warranty so figured I'd just order the seals and orings from Toyota

Seems to be the future to have get rid of the old part fiches. Noticed some of my go to sites for motorcycle parts shifted to the Toyota style in place of the old fiches
