CW Customs lighted headlight trim plate mod.

Finally had a chance to install the light headlight trim plates I got from CW Customs!

I absolutely love these, because when the 20+ Pros came out with the new LED headlights, I instantly wanted the TRD PRO lettering that was built into them. But I wasn't spending two mortgage payments on a pair of OEM Pro LED headlights.

Fortunately, I found these through CW Customs and they turned out great! A much better alternative than having to buy new headlights AND it gets rid of those fake vents too!

Fully plug and play on the factory projector light too...as they plug into the side marker harness.

Rather see a usable light in its place

 

Can't exactly do that, you'd destroy the headlight housing. There's only about 3/4" of room between the bumper cover and headlight housing. That's why Meso Customs only ever made replacement cover plates. This is about the only other option. That or leave the fake vents there.

That's basically the same thing I have...but bars instead of letters. It's a backlit replacement plate.
