    So i use to go everyday but lately it been random. Like weekends guarantee sat I'll go, but during the week day it might be every other day. What could cause this? I take metamucil everyday. Stress cause it? My diet been the same for the past 4 years. Any advice? Mahalo. Also weekday it might only be a little comes out. Let me know asap

    Stress, narcotics, low fiber will cause problems. Eat some bran flakes, or shredded wheat on the regular.

    "Constipation occurs when bowel movements become less frequent or it becomes difficult to pass stool.
    ...There is no medical reason to need to have a bowel movement daily.
    Common causes of constipation include inadequate amounts of water,
    fiber and exercise, stress, large amounts of dairy products, and certain medications."
