    BINGO. Although I'll admit I've been lucky. Abscess at 19 years old. Had no idea anything was wrong before back pain started. Found it, cut it out, fixed me up, and now nearly 15 years later I'm still "good".

    Yep. I was diagnosed at 17. I just had the same surgery in August. It’s good to see you’re hanging in there.

    I also do fasting 18/6 I meal prep daily and fast. My normal regime Monday thru friday.... wakeup workout. Go work drink coffee. Eat lunch 1130. Salad with chicken or pork. Oatmeal, apple and banana with coconut oil peanut butter. 18oz water 18oz coffee. Get home eat dinner 430 salad and chicken, drink metamucil 2 servings and hot tea after that at 5 545 eat my last meal which is like a acai bowl, banana, orange,grape and melon with big scoop of yogurt and peanutbutter with 1 granola bar. Sleep 930. Do it all over again.

    I dont know what changed. Maybe after we flew and took a trip? Idk been doing the same thing for the past 5 yrs. Only recently it changed or not everyday.
