It made your truck upside down!?!?

LOL uploading pics on TW is being a pain. sometimes it loads them upside down, sometimes right side up. Then when I edit and rotate them, it says it's been edited successfully, then it really doesn't.

But on my computer it looks right side up??? I'm confused

I had never done anything with a rear suspension before and I did it by myself, but I had access to a lift and impact gun, and it was very straight-forward. I ended up just dremeling the metal emergency brake retaining clip off since the Expos don't support it's re-attachment. In retrospect, they probably couldn't due to the flex the Expos have would probably stress the cable if it was re-attached. Easy. Be sure and buy some grease to lube the bushings and bolts, and then I bought some different size "lock nuts" for the bolts on recommendation from another member. Paid like $6 or something at a local supply store. I'd say the hardest part was getting the leaf spring "eyes" realigned to get the bolts back in. A strategically placed screwdriver to flex/guide/move the leaf into exact position does the trick. Once you figure out one side, the other side will be a non-event. The "place another jack in between the springs to compress the spring" while "using another jack to flatten the pack out," as described in the Dakar Spring Install is not needed.

The truck looks good for sure. I sort of like the rake. Maybe its refreshing since im in bro lean country.

Cant wait to use this setup on my truck with the leer cap. Should be perfect with some icons or kings

All Pro Expo leaf pack in mine with a 95lbs spare tire/wheel in the bed. 4" lift.

Ride's like somebody welded my rear Icons shut. Do not recommend unless you're putting AT LEAST 400lbs in the bed. It bucks like crazy on the whoop section

But they are strong as hell though. I've put them to the ultimate test, time after time and they've never shown the slightest hint of breaking.

http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/suspension/194386-tacoma-spring-refurbishing.html is what I am going to be doing. Looks like I will use top Tacoma spring and add two or three Chevy springs. Keep me at about 1.5-2 inches of lift and increase towing capacity significantly. Send a PM to 4wd, he would be happy to help.

I have the factory 3 leafpack and added a 2" AAL from Toytec. Can I add a (2nd) AAL to that combo? Or can you only add one AAL to your factory pack?
