Since my wife and I own a business, we are taxed on its profits along with our personal income. All i can say is I fucking hate taxes in washington, we pay so much for nothing

We have found ways to lower taxes and pay ourselves more, but its done via retirement plans and can't touch it for the next 40 years lol. It sucks being in your 20's and have money in an account you can't touch. :annoyed:

Yeah if you do it perfectly your tax return should be Zero. That means you are getting the most out of your paychecks. I usually exempt my bonus then it evens out.

In basics yes. If you get a large return based on just a w-2 you overpaid during the year and basically lent the government that money interest free.

I get a decent amount back but just based on my w-2 I would owe money. But loan interest is deductible so my mortgage works out to where I get money back :)

As you guys know, my other truck deal fell thru so lately I've been trying to get a dirtbike for the woods and that I can make street legal.

Right now I have a line on a couple different bikes so I'd like a few more opinions thrown at me... I'm still unsure on 2t or 4t since it will be my first bike. I would prefer a Swedish bike, BUT I'm not against japanese bikes.

2007 Yamaha Wr250f. $3000. 4 Stroke. New shocks, e start, skid plates, probably due for valves. Definitely been ridden.

2004 KTM EXC 250. $3000. 2 Stroke. Exhaust and skids and other misc extras. Not as scared of buying an older 2 stroke, because rebuilding it is far easier and cheaper. Looks nice!

2009 KTM XCF 250. $4000. 4 Stroke. One owner. 10 hours! E start, exhaust, and skid plate. It's his wife's bike. this seems like the best deal right here... What do you guys think. Maybe wait a little bit till more come for sale in the spring?

If you're wanting something that you plan to make street legal then don't bother with a two stroke. Might be cool and all but the cons aren't worth it.

Highly recommend something that at least has the capability of having electric start added. This is something that isn't needed, but everybody I ride with that doesn't had electric start will admit that it gets annoying.

Out of those three options, just going off the description you gave the Yamaha would be my suggestion. It's old but reliable and works. Now looking at it in person would might change my decision. This is just based off of what I'm reading.

You have to be careful with KTM's from 08-11 as some of the enduro and motorcross models has seal issues among other small things from what I'm told.
