    Well, i don't believe topping it off is an issue, because if you include where most gas pumps actually shut off, plus the contents of the tank (21.1gal), the filler neck gives you about a gallon extra before the pump shuts off. Thats why i have my ultragauge set to 22gal instead of 21.1
    Seriously. It only needs to click once.

    Something is wrong, it shouldn't be the cap. Unless bad gas keeps building moisture up somewhere and has caused something to fail

    I'm pretty sure the number in the manual for gas tank size is when it's topped of. That only makes sense.

    Tank size. Not filler neck too.

    The math doesn't work.

    If 1/4 tank is 5.275 gallons, why when i full up from that mark, do i get more than 15.825 gallons out of the pump? Its not like its spilling out on to the ground.

    The E Mark on my trucks isn't empty. Its still got 3 gallons left. So technically then the 1/4 mark wouldn't be right either.

    Edit: But that would mean even more gas so nevermind

    Yeah... I've gotten myself everywhere I've wanted to go thus far on 33s. 35s will make the bump ups easier but still allow me to gas it.
