    I got a denso replacement from Napa after I Joe poked a stick into it. It was about $140 iirc. I did roll around with an egg in the radiator for almost 3months before I replaced it.

    Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
    Now that depends. I don't believe in aluminum skid plates... I bang them on too many rocks and my 1/4" front steel has some deep gouges in it, 3/16" steel mid is bent. Bumper though? I never seem to hit mine on anything so I'd be pretty comfortable with aluminum. It mostly just pushes light brush out of the way for me. I keep thinking about getting a full bumper with hoops for the expo points... if I ever do, it'll probably be aluminum.
