Cullen, got the payment man. Thanks! As long as everyone who's coming that has said they'll pay the day of DOES we should be good on the funds I think.

This meet is going to be awesome! I was just in walmart eyeing some hillshirefarm sausage packages. It's still $2.50 and I think that would feed us pretty cheaply in addition to burgers.

I thought I remember seeing in a pdf on their website that glass was verboten. I looked again and it just says to keep it away from the playgrounds

So I'm thinking we're going to have about 25 people show up at the meet...sound right?

Now we need to start talking FOOD and SUPPLIES!

I know some of you have offered to bring some stuff already but we need to make sure we have enough to go around. Things we'll need that I can think of are....

    • Hamburgers/hot dogs
    • Buns
    • Sausages
    • Ice
    • Chips
    • Beer (are we BYOB or should a few people each bring a 24 or something?)
    • Iced Tea and Cups (Sock Monkey has it covered)
    • Ice
    • Cooler (I have one but we'll likely need another)
    • Charcoal and lighter fluid (xJuice is bringing some but I don't know how much the smoker needs)
    • Paper Towels
    • Trash bags (2 or 3 should be fine)
    • Salsa and Tortilla Chips (MuyGrande has it covered)
    • Condiments (rackatak has it covered)
    • Cheese
    Anything I missed?
