Awesome guys. I'll bring some of those sausages that I've been eyeing at wallmart and some BBQ sauce. I'll eliminate things off the list as we get them taken care of. That way it will be more apparent what we really need.

Here is what I've got left.

    • Hamburgers/hot dogs
    • Buns
    • Chips
    • Beer (are we BYOB or should a few people each bring a 24 or something?)
    • Charcoal and lighter fluid (xJuice is bringing some but I don't know how much the smoker needs)
    • Cheese

PS: My bike shop hasn't even gotten the new frame in yet so I'll be accompanying you guys on foot in the morning. As long as you don't average faster than 10mph I should be fine. Not sure what types of riders you all are.

The main park is where we will be. The entrance is on north green oaks between Davis and Cooper. Once you get in the park take your first left and follow it around till it ends at the pavilion.
    We will see you tomorrow.

Tex is getting there around 10 to fire up the smoker. Bikers are meeting at 9. I think most will start showing up a little before 11.

We didn't talk about who was bringing beef so I wasn't sure how we were doing that. I decided to bring a few for myself in addition to the food I'm bringing. If we'd gotten two or three people to split bringing beer for everyone that may have worked but at this point I think it's BYOB I guess.

I'm leaving here in a bit for the park!

I've already been down to the park and they don't have the reservation posted. I saw the park employee and asked him about it and he said he didnt show a reservation for today. But my wife works for the city of Arlington and I had her check yesterday about it and she said you had reservations and a beer permit.
The park employee was going to call his supervior and check it out. i'M GOING BACK DOWN THERE IN A FEW MINUTES TO CHECK BACK WITH HIM. iF YOU NEED TO CALL ME MY # IS 818-707-1433
