    I finally did it!
    I broke down and bought a new clock-spring via toyotapartzone.com, so thanks for the link :cheers: it took all 30min to install and I now have a functional horn and airbag. Crazy thing here is I did not have to jump any pins or get my comp reprogrammed to clear the airbag light, it cleared by itself :confused:
    So next up is opening up the old one to see if it is fixable :)
