I finally did it!
I broke down and bought a new clock-spring via toyotapartzone.com, so thanks for the link it took all 30min to install and I now have a functional horn and airbag. Crazy thing here is I did not have to jump any pins or get my comp reprogrammed to clear the airbag light, it cleared by itself
So next up is opening up the old one to see if it is fixable
