Anyone know if we can update these things to support 360 cameras or if they sell one with 360 app? I have seen some hack kits and others that are made for android HUs but only if they have the 360 app built in. If not then its using some other setup thats a splitter but ideally wanted to do one that was integrated into the HU.

Where did you buy all of these parts along with the Atoto A6 PF? When I checked Amazon there was only the Hu.

I just recently received my Vivid 11 and wanted to share the way I was installed mine. I reused the factory brackets by drilling out the dimples and it fits nice and flush wit the dash. You can watch the YouTube below.. BTW my Taco is a 2015 and had stock entune without JBL.

If you redo the lower part using the hazard insert from a 2005-2011 with your 2015 hazard fits. I picked up an old one on eBay.

Whaaaat? My 1st Gen Tacoma had that... I had no idea it was potentially an option on my 2nd Gen. I used it all the time when I'd drive a dog around and now that I have my own dog I wish I had it. Anyone know how I'd go about adding it and have it keyed to my current key?

    /hijack

Also, these headunits look decent, I'm normally a Pioneer guy but these have piqued my interest.

Edit, I know fizik hasn't been active in a while, but does anyone else know the answer to this? Off to search...

It Venice it was early 2nd gen and possibly regular cabs as you would have to disable if you were to have a child in a regular cab.

I noticed that on the thread. I might have to give it a try or wait until I can find someone giving away their old radio lol.

I have the keyed switch that plugs into that wire harness if anyone is interested. It's for manually turning off the passenger airbag. Not sure if it would need to be re-keyed though or if any Tacoma key would work.

Yep, my 1st Gen was a single cab. I wish my '07 DC had the keyswitch.

Possibly interested here. Though, I wonder if it's a liability to install the keyswitch on a truck where it didn't originally come as factory installed?

I wonder if it would work. I have the mysterious on that Metaltech stopped selling that turns my passenger bag on/off that I scored. I figure its likely the same as that.

You would likely also need to see fi the wiring is even three. I do no recall seeing that and my guess is later models do not have it.

Let me know. But first check if you have a wire harness in there.

Hi all, I'm installing a Dasaita unit with the provided harness and it appears there are a few wires coming out of the truck that have no place to go. Am I doing something wrong? Wromg harness? My specs:

    2014 Tacoma
    • No JBL
    • No amplifier
    • Factory backup camera
    • Steering wheel controls

    Head unit:
    Dasaita HA5472H2

    Number on harness bag:
    CB004

Here is an image of the four leads wire coming out of the truck that have no place to go in the harness:

Not sure about those. Just plug everything in that you can and see if everything works correctly. You may have extra factory plugs per trim models.

Sorry, I'm hoping to understand, as I need to mount my hazard insert this way too (same situation as the video author). What exactly do I need to obtain from a 2005-2011 head unit? A bracket? The 2005-2011 hazard insert? Thanks!

So my Vivid 11 is installed in my 2014 Taco and is mostly awesome, other than some quicks I'm troubleshooting. Most importantly, there is this gap (see image). I pulled the unit and re-installed just to make sure nothing was jammed that would cause this, but I found nothing. Anyone else encounter this or arrive at a solution?:
