^Ive never had a problem with them. Ive had multiple transactions, and they're pretty good about clearing up failures and shipping issues...

All of these cheap HIDs are made in china and likely come from the same factory. Trust me my friend imports shit from china and they tell me all they do is stop the production line and change out the lables.

Haha everybody that just ordered DDM's kit is freaking out right now. Including myself.

SRQ: What kit did you order?

I just got my 35W 5000K hi/low with relay harness kit but haven't installed it yet. The ballasts I got looked nothing like what was pictured on the site, so I am already pretty skeptical about it.
Should I have anything to worry about? Has anybody else had problems with DDM's kit?

i believe the raptor kit is the cheaper of the 2 options from DDM. but from the website they say they have a lifetime warranty on all there kits so you should be fine. its just the waiting part that sucks

Their customer svc. is terrible. I purchased the slim ballast from DDM about 3weeks ago. Sent them a ticket about missing parts. All they mentioned was to just plug the prongs to the OEM. NO BOOT INCLUDED. Who leaves out bare metal, especially electrical parts. Lets all say meltdown. WTF.

I actually tried to call them the day I ordered my kit several times throughout the day and the line was shut off. Or busy. I can't remember. I haven't tried calling again but every time I go on their website (for the last 3 weeks), including right now, their "Live Tech Support" on the right side of the home page says OFFLINE. I'm becoming less and less happy with this company, and I haven't even installed the kit yet.

Yes, but these things shouldn't happen in the first place.

I've had a terrible experience with them and will not be purchasing from them again.

I submitted a ticket for an issue I was having and they didn't respond for one week even though their "system" says they will respond in 24 hours. I finally got through to them after calling them and hitting redial no less than 50 times because their phone was so busy.

Like I've said before, what good is a lifetime warranty if you can't get in touch with them to honor it.

Same here. If I have to yell at them for something, f*** the phone, I'm going to their shop to do it face to face.

As long as their product works, I might be ordering from them again though. Let's be real people, the price is right. A bi-xenon kit with "lifetime warranty" and relay harness for less than $80 shipped? I think me next stop will be some 3000K fogs.

If I wanted to upgrade my headlights to 55W, could I order a 55W H10(fogs) kit and just swap those 55W ballsts with the 35W ballasts that I will be using? And to be safe, do I want another relay harness? Or does the one that I have cover all HID systems on the vehicle?
