    This is correct. I knew they wouldn't respond to my ticket after 2 days so what I did was call them after the 3rd day and the someone emailed me printing labels and stuff for me to send my dead ballast back to them.

    okay i guess i need to do this ^^^ do you think they would probably take the whole kit back? it seems as if the wires for the DRL's are not working and the ballasts seem dead as well.

    i sent mine in last tuesday with no response... i bought them on the 5th, so it better not go over the 30 days or id be pissed.

    WOW epic fail they cant print a shipping label for hawaii.... even more of hassle... GG so now gotta print a copy of the shipping receipt so they can reinburst me for the kit and shipping... this is getting rediculous.

    I went to their business in San Diego (near I-805 and Clairmont) and asked for a price list or product list so I could buy them right then and there...

    They told me the list is only online!

    So, if you drive to San Diego make sure you know what you want... because their counterman won't help you!

    LOL... What a joke...

    Glad there are other HID sources like OneOff Motorsports and HID World!
