i am thinking of getting a kit from DDMTuning.com. what should i get for my 08 Taco? and is it worth it, am have been looking into new headlights and these seem like a decents option, i havent looked into HID yet, just Phillips and Osram Halogens

I run a 35watt DDM HID kit on the Ducati and LOVE them! Quality kit at a real good price. Lifetime warranty too. I will more than likely get a set or two for the tacoma soon as well. You wont be disappointed. They will however tend to piss off more drivers... they are REAL bright and without projectors they will probably scatter a bit more. My came with projectors from the factory so they work nice.

I'm not going with HID's in the truck since it sits up higher and I'm more concerned with blinding people. But in my Impala SS I ran a 35watt 5000k kit and loved it. Anything above 6000k is annoying IMO.

I got slim diggies in my heads and fogs, love em. Just put the 55w in my heads tonight but I have some of the egay HID projectors so atleast I have some glass to throw em behind. Didn't really get to aim em yet though uh-oh

I have a set of the 35w 6000k in my R6 and the same kit (with the exception of having hi/lo) recently installed in the Tacoma. I've never had a glimmer of a reason to be dissatisfied with either kit or DDM.

Though I wish I'd have gone with 5000k in the truck. It's been a while since I had my 6 on the street and the 6000k is pretty blue - cool in the bike (attracts needed attention) but not my thing so much in the truck. I love the visibility of HID nonetheless!

I just ordered my DDM Tuning HID Kits. H4 Hi/LO 35W @ 5000K and H10 35W @ 5000K. Ordered last night, and I already got my shipping notice. Pretty stoked. Anyone with a similar 35W/35W setup? Pics?

Great looking truck KPT! It looks like your lights have that "light blue" color that is associated with the 6000k's I was shooting for almost white, looks like 5000k's will be pretty darn close. Thanks again.

They are just one bulb. The "high beam" just directs the light from the bulb more upward.
