Dealer performed the Trans TBS for my 2010 TRD but...

    Dealer performed the Trans TBS for my 2010 TRD but I am disappointed to find out that there is not difference in the quality of the ride.
    They told me that they did the update, and while I was there, they were doing the gas pedal recall also, which they did, and actually was just cut part of it, making it smaller.
    But in anycase, truck stills jerks around with as it downshifts and when parked.
    They gave me the old line... "that's how those trucks are..."
    Sucks...

    Are you sure they actually did the upgrade on the leafs? Mine rode stiffer after the TSB.

    Weird, the tranny TSB completely cured my truck of the goofy down shifting. Drives smooth as glass now.

    Mine shifts really smooth. Almost better than my mom's Lexus. That dealer is just giving you BS - try going to another dealer and see what they can do for you.

    sounds if your truck is fairly new, you need to drive it for awhile, computer will adapt
