    Bullshit.

$10 says you never hit a moose, talking out it’s front legs, watched it’s head smash your windshield, partially crush the roof, then get up and trot away..

Well ok that's not what I meant. Let's say you meet a feral pig the size of a moose. Would you rather tangle with that, or an actual moose?

I've seen a moose demolish the front end of a 70s Dodge free-candy van. I've also seen a pack of 5 Javelinas, each the size of a small dog, completely take off the front axle of an old Jeep. Winner: pigs, only because of inconvenience/location. The van owner was 5 miles outside of Park City when he got hit. The Jeep owner was outside of Big Bend Ntnl Park, 80 miles from the nearest town, poor bastard.

Indeed, pigs travel in line blocking the roadway and live on roads with posted 85mph. They are low and dense and plenty deadly.

I have never hit a blue whale but just as likely to hit one as I am a Moose in TX. Lol

Do they get to the size of a moose?

WTF people, all I said is I wanted to move where the speed limit was 85 mph.

Too many people trying to prove how _____ (fill in your own blank) they are...

What's missing is "We will be happy to diagnose the problem with the existing wheels, if you pay us to do so."

    I call bullshit.
Unless you were just a straight up prick to them, no shop, even a dealer, is going to turn down several hundred dollars in diagnosing fees no matter what.

Either you did/said something to make them proceed with extreme caution or the story you are selling is bullshit.

    Next.

I actually felt the begining of my reply seemed like I was challenging you which was not my intent.
I decidedt start over, but unintentionally left the original reply. I intended to instead write the blue whale part as I felt it had more levity. I apologize for the appearance of a challenge. I will amend my post.

I also had vibration whenever the speed reached about 70 mph. The higher the speed the worse the shaking. Same thing for 2 set wheels/tires. The culprit is the sway bar end link (for my case, at passenger side). It's broken although the sway bar was still on the link. However, the top bolt was gone, and the top cushion as well. I didn't notice that because I crawled underneath and looked up. When I swapped the wheels myself, finally I saw it. A lot of factors can cause vibrations, just thought you may double check your sway bar link to make sure they're good. Good luck.

OP, have you checked the carrier bearing on the rear driveshaft? I have seen those cause many issues including noise and vibration.

I haven't checked a thing except the cv axle boot which split, and then their repair failed too. It's under warranty. They're supposed to look at this stuff, not make up dumb excuses. Remember, they're literally saying they can't diagnose a thing until I put the OEM wheels and tires back on, which I would need to buy from them, conveniently.

Understood, just trying to give you another possible root cause. Now I see that you don't want to fix the truck, just get rid of it.
