    For the last 2 visits to my Toyota dealer for service (an oil change and a battery replacement) the technician will send you a video while you are waiting of what he is doing to your vehicle, with close up details as well as a complete walk-around.
    I haven't had them do an incredible amount of work over the last 20 years or so because I did most of it myself, but it's nice to have look under your truck without having to crawl under it.
    As I get a older, I appreciate stuff like this a bit more.
    Is this something others dealers are doing?
