Stevinson Toyota West - Denver, CO. I called and he looked it up - I had a case number from calling Toyota and he ordered parts and scheduled it no problem.

just clicked "send" to schedule the service to be done.. we'll see how long it takes for them to reply (bob richards in North Augusta, SC). I played dumb and only hinted the possibility of a TSB. If they contact me and try to deny it, i've got my "guns loaded" :)

Carson City Toyota Scion, NV. They said they needed to inspect it when I called them. I took the truck in and all they did was look up the VIN to see if it qualified. They ordered the parts and did it correctly. I have a 2010 DC and it only had about 600 miles on it at the time. Per the most recent TSB, they updated to the 4 leaf springs in the rear only.

Yes, and no. Covered under my extended warranty, but not as a TSB. It was reported as a "part failure", and Toyota Extra Care covered the parts and labor on new leafs. Posted a thread about the experience.

I have 91,000 miles on my 05' doublecab but I do have an extended 100,000 warranty by toyota. Do you think they'll still do the rear TSB?

Worth a shot trying. I would take it in and complain that you're experiencing a "harsh ride" and bottoming out when loaded well under the payload capacity. As well as express your safety concerns with the handling and obvious misleading payload specs. Without mentioning the TSB. My extended warranty covered mine, but not as a TSB as far as they (Toyota Extra Care) knew. My dealer just filed a claim to them to replace the rear leafs due to "failure". Both the dealer, and Extra Care mentioned many times that none of it would be covered if the repairs/replacements we're requested as a TSB after the original factory warranty. In fact, they denied the weak tailgate TSB for that reason. Not to mention the extended warranty doesn't cover what they call "body damage" anyway.

On a side note, I have the TRD package. So all they had to do was replace the leaf packs. If the claim was for that as well as all new shocks, the extended warranty gods may not have been so generous and denied with a quickness. $1500 as it was just for the leafs and labor, all I paid for was the alignment.
    Hope that helps.

TSB done under warranty but had to go with actual printed TSB doc to get them to do it.
They did the job but didn't do an alignment or did a poor job. I didn't go back because I was doing the 5100 upgrade and would have to do an alignment again anyway.

Motor World in Wilkes-Barre Pa did mine and they made it sound like they did me a favor. I got a inch and a quarter lift at the rear wheels but now i can notice the headlights need to be adjusted. Next is the tranny reflash.

Went in after Peterson Toyota, Boise ID, refused to do the service. TST inspected the vehicle in 5 minutes and scheduled an appointment. Very pleased, and safe to say I will never go back to Peterson.

Gastonia, Toyota, Gastonia, NC refused to do the TSB. Worst Customer service I have ever had since owning a Toyota. Service manager claims he needs proof that the TSB needs to be done. He said that it does not apply to all trucks. Bottom line, they just don't want to be bothered.

Tim's Toyota in prescott,az wanted to pre-inspect. I live 45 min away, and told them I'll check the Phx area. Phx is 1 hr away. Camelback Toy wanted to waste my time with a pre-inspection. Called Dan Adams @ Bell Toyota, told him about the updated TSB, he said he'd order the parts and made an appt next Wed 4-7. No pre-inspection needed. Whew. I heard someone mention that they needed to re-align their headlites ?? Will keep you Phx area toy owners posted.
