I went to the dealership today to pick up some spark plugs for my 2005 4.0 and asked how much a tranny flush would run. The parts dude said around 80 bucks and that toyota recommends a drain and fill not a flush? Im wondering if this dude didnt know shit or is that right? Anyone that can help great. Im due for a tranny service!

The drain and fill procedure is quite common and just fine if done at the proper intervals.
