I am effing fed up. I've been to two dealerships in the LA area to get my A/C fixed and none of them offer loaner cars. They are in some ridiculous partnership with enterprise where they have to quote my repairs and then decide whether or not I deserve a loaner car according to my extended warranty. I have no time to drive to a dealership, go thru the hassle of dropping it of and explaining the problem, then take a bus to work.

Am I spoiled by Norcal because every time I have the slightest bit of trouble with my truck, the dealership gives me a nice camry to drive until it's fixed?

Anyways, anyone know of a dealership that still gives out loaner cars or am i going to have to drive to one of these shitty dealerships on a saturday and wait while they fix it?

EDIT: the two bad ones Im referring to are Wondries Toyota in Alhambra and Longo Toyota in El Monte

Longo Toyota has flat screens with movies, free wi-fi for your laptop, and an in house starbucks to keep you occupied while they work on your truck...
