Im at a stand still on which shock set to get, i’m deciding on either the bilstein 5100 series or the 4600 heavy duty series. i’ve heard good things about both and i would really only decide on which ones will give me my moneys worth in the long run. Right now i’m running the stock TRD shocks on my 2007 taco prerunner and they feel like they’re on the last stretch of their lifetime. i do light off roading, nothing major like rock crawling and whatnot. i occasionally do use my truck for work but i’m never loading my truck down past 500lbs. I would like to hear what some people have to say about their experience with both and their opinions on both the 5100 and 4600 series.
