    Hello,

My John Deere 115 lawn tractor has a bad head gasket and I need to drop it off at the repair place. I am trying to see if anyone else has had their 42inch mowers in the back of the truck? Trying to avoid trailering it if possible.

    Thanks!

Best bet will be to get a tape out and measure. Maybe it would fit if the rear tires were left on the tailgate and the deck was hitting the wheel wells :notsure:

Why don't you simply use a trailer? That's better than having your tractor flop off the end of the truck while going down the road.
