    4. Every now and then when i come to a complete stop I get a huge rear end thunk. I have no idea what it is and it trips people out the whole truck moves. Its always done it and toyota just said that was normal. Never had a rear end issue but it sure does drive me crazy.

I used to notice that to when I would pull into my driveway. I want to say it was the sound of gas sloshing around in the tank.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.

    6) Only problem I had was the weak rear leafs that squeaked, got those TSB'd however and never had a problem since. It now has a stiffer ride, but it's a truck, not a Cadillac.

I just bought my truck ( 09 access) and I just heard it for the first time. That's exactly what I thought it was.

Seems silly as I just filled the tank. It's kinda loud and it shakes the truck lol.

Lol... I though maybe I was being paranoid... The after effects of driving a broken down 94 pickup...

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
By blower motor squeal. Do you mean the high pitched ringing sound when you first startup?

Do you ever let it sit in the "on" position before you actually start the engine? I always do this, especially if it's sit for a long time. If you listen closely you can hear the fuel pump kick on and build pressure etc.

6, Passenger vanity mirror turns on/off when in use going over bumps, or if you tap it lightly with your hand. Loose connection or something in there.

Otherwise I'm not sure if anything else is a problem... except for sag in the 2 leaf springs on the rear. When I turn off the parking brake and let off the actual brakes if I keep my foot lightly on the pedal I feel a slight "dragging" vibration or something in the pedal. I'm worried about this 'cause the last car I drove had a similar sensation and I found out I was running on no drums in the back... Also do you guys feel like the TPMS is a bit slow to notify? I don't know if I fully trust it but if I find out my tires wear incorrectly due to it they'll be replacing those WITH the TPMS.

I always turn the ignition to the on position...wait 5 secs or so for the computer to wake up then turn it over...

    Where to start:
    - alignment has never been right from day one, slowly drifts to the right during highway and some city driving.
    - ABS and VSC light are on at 6000 miles
    - intermittent sort of stutter or shuddering sensation when driving at parking lot speeds for a brief period of time then it goes away shortly after.

I think that's all for now.

What did you upgrade to? My truck is just about 5 years old without any real issues.

    6) I get an intense clicking noise when I start it up in cold weather, usually when it's below freezing. It sounds like it's coming from the driver's side of the engine. Lasts about 30 seconds then goes away. To me it sounds too loud to be "normal" like the dealership said it was.

Fuel injectors bud. I wouldn't worry about it. The sound intensifies the lower the temperature gets during initial start ups.
