Well that's what has her iffy. I plan on enrolling her into a class to get her confidence where it should be but another reason for selling is because she has a ligament issue in her left wrist. And I totally forgot to think about her having issues racking the slide. But she is ambidextrous but I would really prefer her to have a revolver like a s&w 642. I bought this because I'm a glock man and I felt this was best but should have realized all of the points above before the purchase. But I will keep it and carry it myself if need be

    GLWS! Great firearm.

Just a few things, before you do sell it.

I know safeties were mentioned, but the glock has 3 safeties already (trigger, firing pin, and drop.)

Also, the revolver is not going to be great on your wife's wrist.

As others have mentioned, please enroll her in the CHL/CCW classes. It will be valuable experience for her and will improve her familiarity with firearms. The last thing she needs in a life or death situation is to try and figure out how a mechanical safety works.

good luck with the sale man. You only need to rack a slide occasionally though so I don't see where that should be a deal breaker.
