download VUZE it searches 3-4 different torrent sites on its own and you can use it to download from isohunt which is another great DL site

use dont want to use isohunt or any other public tracker, you want to use a private torrent site like demonoid or torrentleech. this way you cant get caught, I would suggest using http://bitsoup.org, not only are they private but you dont have to be invited, if you try and register you should be able to, if not then try again the next day. They free up slots everyday to make room for active users. You will find everything you need on there just like any other private torrent site. I myself use bitsoup.org torrentleech, what.cd, and hd-torrent.org, they are all private meaning that I will never get caught for downloading pirated stuff :)

I'm not sure if I agree with your reasoning...It seems to me that if you join a private tracker, then they have whatever info the RIAA/MPAA would require. What's to stop a court order from turning over all of their records?

I'd rather use a public tracker and a program like peerguardian2.

yeah they could definately try, but by the time they make them turn them over they could be destroyed. All that I know is that I work at an ISP and everytime I have ever downloaded something on a public torrent site, such as games or movies, I receive an email at work stating to warn myself about me pirating, so i lol to myself and delete the email. Its kinda funny that they expect us to warn people about it even though there are no laws against it in canada. I wouldnt touch a public tracker if I lived in the states tho, I have heard some horror stories about pirating down thur.

so thats what vuze does! i dowloaded the search thing and it shows up instead of google and i never did know what it did. thanks for clearing that up for me

i had heard that before which is why i used demonoid but i dont know if its true or not. i also heard you couldnt get busted for downloading, just uploading, but i'm pretty sure thats false too.

i guess is the site is not based in the US then it would be safe. US court can't demand records from another country. anybody know where demonoid is based out of?

i've been using demonid for a while now but just recently htey stopped letting me search or download without an account. i have used bearshare for like 4 years and never heard of people really getting busted, is it more common with torrents? the only stories i ever hear about are when they go after a whole college campus. i never hear stories about individuals getting busted
