I'm not digging too much black on the sand color, it'll stay for now. :)

Aside from the four wheel drive issue, mine is flawless as well!

Solid trucks, she got hit by a bus last week at a red light, small ding in the bumper.

So, I saw this and I just about shat my pants. It looks soooooooo good and I legitimately think I'm going to do this swap.

    photos009_c106a544ccaaf8f30e43b2b1729557dd265ec174.jpg

Does anybody know how hard the swap would be?
    I figure I need:
    1st gen Tacoma hood
    1st gen Tacoma fenders
    1st gen Tacoma headlights
    1st gen Tacoma grille

I'm going to skip on the bumper because I'll be getting an off-road bumper, which brings me to my next question. Would I need to look for a 1st gen Tacoma bumper, or a 2002 4Runner bumper?

    Hmmmmmm.....

I'd pass on the Scion badge. :p

What do you think though? Think I should go for it??

I like it, but it looks VERY expensive to pull of as nice as that one! (minus the Scion badge)

    A few hundred isn't that bad. :p

I'd piece it together, too. I'd get a fender here, a hood there, then after a few months after I'd gather it all I'd go for it. :p

It wouldn't happen all at once. I think I'll start collecting some pieces this summer after doing more research!

I kind of want a new paint job anyways, so this'll give me a perfect excuse to get the Runner painted as well. ;)

Where can I contact him? I'll see how much he charges, then I figure I'd have to rent a small trailer to go pick it up, or shipping will probably kill it. If the deal is good enough though and I can't find anything cheaper around here....we'll see. :p
