Desert Run - 6/27/09

There is a big race out in Lucerne and the Cleghorn run, but if anybody else wants in on some moderate to quick paced desert action, we have a run going from Barstow to Dumont Dunes in Baker...

If it heats up too much in Baker though, we may end up at the big race instead...

hey Mike, is there a race next month in barstow or lucerne. I thought i saw something going on out there, if so are you going.

 

You guys from Cali make me so jealous. I want to go there so bad.

 

no races in July that i can recall...

we are going to head to the Lucerne race instead on 6/27...

should be some good times either way...

we are heading to the MDR race in Lucerne...

meeting spot is the Valeros on Main street in Hesperia at 6am...

 

there is two races in july, snore and more racing, both are night races, I think I will go check them out. Here is link for the schedule for the year.

yah, im booked up 7/18 weekend, and SNORE is in NV which is a bit of a drive just to spectate, although it would be a great excuse to hit up vegas...

Ok... for those meeting up with us on Saturday morning...

Valero Gas Station on Main Street in Hesperia off the 15

at 5:30am

we will then leave from Valero at 5:50am SHARP so that we can find the Engage camp before the 7am race start time

For those of you with race radios, we will be on 153.110

For those with CB radios, I will monitor ch 22

if you have no radios at all, well, then, good luck to ya
