Finally got to detail my truck today do to the first 60 degree weather it felt like in decades, so i spent about 2 hours cleaning the outside and inside of my truck.. I don't really have a good camera at the moment to get some good shots of the truck but here is some scratches i got to remove out of the body. Used some stuff i got from work called Quixx.. Kindly expensive but i got it on Clearance for nearly nothing.. Gave it a try all over my truck today and here is some things it got out pretty decent. (sorry for the bad pics took from ipod)

Pretty decent stuff. Removed pretty good little scratches if you use it correctly. I was pleased!

How does that scratch remover stuff work? Do you just buff it out?

This one comes with 2 tubes and a cloth.. You simply rub the first tube on with the cloth for 1-2 minutes in a circular motion, then you rub it very slightly with a damp cloth.. Add the 2nd tube which is like a wax and then wipe it all off..

It sales for like 15 bucks but i got some on clearance where i work for like 2 bucks.

Looks good! I've used Meguiar's Scratch-X for the same type of thing and it too does a great job on little surface scratches. Just don't forget to put a coat of wax on when you use these products, to restore your clear coat.

And, AMEN on the weather. It was a beaut today and I think it's supposed to hold out for a few more days . . .

I think I might have to use some of that stuff on the scratches the dealer was suppose to fix but I kept getting the truck back with more scratches than originally
