So basically truck was given to me and my stepdad doesnt recall the exact amount of lift put on however long ago. I know it some sort of suspension (spacers im assuming) and a body lift. My question is can anyone help me in figuring out the amount of both the body and suspension lift  what to measure because Id like to go the correct lift way with coilovers, shocks, and aal and most likely lose the body lift.

    Here are some pics

For the body lift, just measure how far the bed is off the frame.

For the top plate spacer lift up front, measure the thickness of the spacer, and multiply by 2.

Front Spacers are 2.5" of lift. For the rear also looks like the same.

    Which picture?

If you don't have gap guards, they will look like the last pic.

That spacer has completely collapsed the top of your stock progressive coils. Throw all that out and start with lift coil springs, either something like OMEs or coilovers, if you want to go that route.

Both , you loose travel. Ive had them, they were wearing out my lower strut bushings and causing my springs to bend. Get rid of them
