Hey all, I figured it about time I start a build thread. Quick story, this isn’t my first truck but I haven’t had many. First ever vehicle was a 92 rcsb Chevy Silverado. Loved it. Well soon after I got the tuner car fix and a abandoned the truck game for almost 14 years. Later I got a used really clean shape DCSB GMC Z71 all terrain. I was in love with trucks again. Missed it dearly. Well after having that truck for two years I was in a position where it was time to sell because it was depreciating faster than I could keep up with my payments and I couldn’t justify paying it off so I parted with it while I wasn’t upside down in it.

Fast forward 6 months later and the bug hit me again. I really needed a truck. Well this time I figured I’d give a tacoma a shot. Before I was always in that bigger is always better game so I never considered a light duty pickup. That was until I test drove the taco. She was great! Peppy, responsive and way more enjoyable. So initially I just needed a truck to use while I remodel my home. So concern wasn’t limited to having 4wd, especially since I barely used it in my Z71.

Well it didn’t take long after I really had the itch on modding the truck. Right now it’s been aesthetics. But I have wheels and tires on the way.

This truck is more of a pavement pounder but every so often she will get on the not so beaten path. Really just want to enhance the prerunner look and do some mild suspension upgrades. Open to suggestions.

    Changes so far:
    Faux TRD grill
Tinted Akon Sequential LED projector headlamps (they work ok and not forgiving to aftermarket LED bulb fitment)

    Wheels/Tires:
17x8.5 Ray10s with Toyo OC AT II 265/70/17

    Suspension:
    Stock

Suspension stock but open to suggestions.

Got my ray10s on with Toyo OC A2s. I’m super digging it. The truck is taking all the attention from my other project.
