The kc cyclones are mounted to the back side of the cover where the word diamondback is placed .

When the cover us open you can barely tell anything is there. The battery pack is mounted to the side and the wires are hidden away for a clean install .

so you would just plug it into the battery when you need and unplug when you're done?

In the past 6 months I've charged it 3 times.

The set up is made with a wiring harness that I made. 2 KC Cyclones and the battery. It's plug and play.

With this kit all you would need to do is adhere the lights and battery to the lid and plug the lights into the battery and you are ready to go.

It's a Talentcell battery from Amazon.

So is the kit good to light up the whole bed or do you need two kits, one for each end of the cover?

All you need is one kit . It will light up the entire bed.

This photo is with 1 kit that has the 2 kc cyclones .

My set just came today. I have the factory tonneau...not a diamondback. I mounted to the bedside under the track. Set it up so I can pop it out and use outside the truck if needed too. Great setup. Thanks, lowtaco.
