I love my Diamondback! I used KB Voodoo’s tonneau bracket system that allows the cover to stay on and have the benefits of a rack that carries the weight of the RTT to the bed sides. My truck is my DD so with this rack I can mount items for overlanding and yet take it all off in 10 mins. I added fork mounts directly to my cover to move just my bikes, and then fork mounts to my Voodoo high rise bars. I also built a removable pull out drawer that just fits under my cover.

That drawer looks second to none! Looks like a lot of planning, and skilled craftsmanship went into that!

Sorry, not trying to hijack, did you guys order your Diamondbacks with the optional liftgate assistance, is this necessary with two people unloading?

I didn’t. Mine was so light. It came in a great big box that was oversized for my short bed cover. My driver just unloaded it with me 83D00DB9-2012-45A7-B227-41E92E741946.jpg

Same as above. Me and driver. I think it's like 125 lbs at most.

Much appreciated, the Diamondback website makes it sound like the cover is coming on a pallet and weighs 250lbs which makes no sense to me.

I did, just because they say the driver won’t help offload and there’s no one around during the day to help me.

I had FedEx dropped it on their terminal dock so I didn't have to worry about taking off work to meet the driver. They placed the skid in the bed with the forklift then I strapped it down in the short bed. A buddy helped me unload it, wasn't terribly heavy.

FedEx delivered the cover to my work. The driver pulled up at the curb out front, I got the Tacoma from the parking lot, pulled up behind the FedEx truck trailer back-to-back; then, the driver, me and a coworker just dragged the DB cover box from the trailer onto the Tacoma's bed (we didn't really need my snoopy coworker's help, but it was nice of him to do so). After work, couldn't wait to do the install, so I installed it there at work on the driveway. I was so happy to have finally gotten a tonneau cover on the bed, and a good one at that. That lead to more junk in the trunk, ...but useful junk. :taco:

Added a couple things underneath the cover:
The Rotopax barely fit underneath the cover and doesn't stack straight. Gotta do a little tweaking; maybe a spacer will do the trick to straighten them out to align properly in that stacked configuration.
    IMG_4906.jpg
Fire extinguisher mounted under Diamondback cover toward the cab on driver's side bed rail w/ quick release mount, miscellaneous hardware leftover from rtt, bedrack &/or bedrack accessories, and some brackets from Lowe's (I'd like to find a way to mount it outside of the bed on the truck when parked at base camp, especially when someone's cooking. I guess I could just have it out sitting freely somewhere, as well)

What is your bar setup? I'm trying to figure out what what's a good setup for a RTT.

How long are you rocking that temp tag?
