    Not sure, prob something you can call or email them directly for information on. They were very responsive to questions when I purchased my diamondback. Got it last week and should be doing the install today or tomorrow, right after I scrub down my bed to get it nice and clean first.

    They are tough. Appear to be full metal construction. I can't see it being a problem based on 3 years with mine.
