Starting over with a new GMC AT4 Satin Steel Metallic Softopper, Bilstein 5100's @ 1.75 in the front, TSB Rear, 17x8.5 Lvl 8 Guardians, 265/70-17 Falken Wildpeak AT3W, Scooped, Anytime fog mod, Osram Nightbreakers, LED Interior lights, Debadged, Painted valance, Removed rear head rests, De-flapped, Hidden Hitch installed, Weather Techs, Flyzeye'd A/W/A, Cover Kings.
Currently 265-70/17, I'll probably stick to the same but I have been looking at a narrower taller MT. Tempting.

Oz, looking at you pics, you had the 275/70r17 's on before the lift? Any tire rub at that point??

I had an interesting experience on the weekend .

I have been saying for the last 6 months , that my Dakars have sagged 5/8" in the year of having my Leer 100 RCC commercial cap on full time ( 250 lbs )

This weekend I removed all the crap from inside my cap in order to move a bunch of firewood , assorted tools , totes , cords , etc , essentially all my personal carpentry crap I carry all the time .

Well , lo and behold , my rear rebounded back to the exact measurement that I wrote down when I installed the lift , so it would appear that the 250 lb cap weight is able to be constantly supported at full height and it's only when I add the additional approx 200 - 250 lbs of crap that there is any compression of the rear .

That said , adding the d29xl OME AAL , should easily put me back to full height with my cap AND gear

    Soon....
How's the Daks ride compared to stock and how do you like the 9000 series shocks?

The Dakars are a stiffer ride unloaded than my stock 4 leaf ( TSB ) springs , they really shine with added weight though , with my Leer 100RCC cap and tools , I probably pack around 350 - 400 lbs at all times

I have no issues with the 90000 shocks

I was very happy with them , I only thought about trying the ATm's to get a bit better snow performance
