    When I got this new truck I lifted it 2 weeks later and took all the cam bolts out and put grease and antiseize on all of them to hopefully avoid problems like that. Otherwise, if I still had my old truck I would have been tearing them down and rebuilding them because I didn't know about this stuff when I lifted it.

    Question about the centerpiece head lengtheners on your leafs:

    If you do need to add a shim, do you just loosen the u-bolts and slide it in then tighten them back up? If you end up not needing to add a shim do you just leave it all be?

    thats only true for the slide in style shims and not the pin through style of shim though
