Did I burn up my LED Tail Lights

So I tinted my tail lights and they are aftermarket LED Tail lights. I plugged one back in to see if my wiring was correct and turn on my head lights which would turn on my rear running lights for at night and the first one worked. Than I plugged in the second and now the running rear lights will not come on I can only brake, turn left or right hazard and reverse and all those lights work but the running lights will not. Did I ruin my tail lights or is there a fuse on our trucks that I popped?
