Bilstein 5100s Flomaster turn down Spyder headlights

hey guys I need a little help. I found a rear diff with e lock on Craig's list I was interested in. Geared 3.73 part #41110-35A21
What I was wondering is would it fit in my Tacoma. I have a 06 double cab v6. I thought I had 4.56 gear but idk. And what else would I need for it to work (if it could) wireing harness ? Etc thanks
