    There will always be circle jerking about what brand is best, but the truth is as long as you change it when you're supposed to you'll be fine with anything.

    Sticky in this forum near the top..good read.
    Look at your diff..does it have a LSD sitcker?
    If so, to to your dealer and get a bottle of friction modifier (you'll need it if LSD).

    Read the sticky...easy job, and the old oil smells great!

    why dealer? You can get it anywhere. 2009 has brake actuated LS so he will not need it. Like someone else said 75-90 and do not get hung up on brand. It takes a little over 3 guarts so buy 4.

    Ya, if needed (those with LSD) you could get the modifier at auto shops I guess...I just bought what the dealer sold the last two times I did it. Motorcraft Friction Modifier...$6? for four ounces IIRC...
