Digital license plates for California?

Stupid idea. They aren't paying me to advertise and how are they going to broadcast advertisements on millions of cars? Install millions of satellite uplinks on everyone's cars???

I don't know how "legit" it is. I haven't found any credible sources for it yet (I can't say I've looked though ), but it was the news here last night...

 

I wouldn't mind it as an option, but where you can put in your own backgrounds. Kinda like the digital frames. That might be cool.

As far as advertising goes, no thanks. I took off all the logos as it is, so I cant think of any reason I'd want to advertise for something I dont have any control over when I wont even advertise for companies I respect.

Well, I wasn't saying that the member I was quoting was an "ignorant east coaster", I was just joking around because I'm usually not a fan of people from those areas, LA, frisco. And not everyone from those areas I dislike.

 

Ya i wasnt trying to single anyone out but it kinda pisses me off when people stereotype Californians. I also feel the same way as you on that last part
