There are no German made H11 HIDs, because H11 is a halogen bulb and German made products by Osram and Philips are only for real HID platforms like D2S. Rebased bulbs are illegal and most all made in cheap Asia markets like China. To do HID correctly and run top end performance German bulbs, you need an real HID projector which on the Tacoma platform involves a retrofit. To do it right you should use OEM components like Lexus RX350 projectors and stay away from aftermarket components like Morimoto.

I got the sport. Pros are probably overkill being in az. I go up to northern az a couple times where I MIGHT need it.

I went with the pros. Snow (when we get it) accompanied by the foggy mornings and nights made it an easy choice for me.

    Bunch of Basic Taco mods.
Sports are a noticeable improvement over stock. I especially notice the Selective Yellow on misty of foggy mornings, the Sports blow OEM dogs away no contest.

I have the pros in white, they're brighter than my headlights. make sure they're angled down so you're not blinding people. Mine are causing radio interference though.

That’s odd why would it cause radio interference?

Do you guys think I need ?? I want but being realistic- my 2020 has LED fogs tech package and they look awesome/ clean!

i want to buy the pros, especially with sale right now- even tho on B\O . Guess trying to justify buying them but I think for now I should be more practical and put that money towards upgrading speakers haha.

Just go with the Pros, the way I look at it if they are too bright or not to my liking I’m sure there will be someone with the sports that will want to trade.

Thanks man!! :thumbsup:You saved me 20$, just placed my order now and I'll be getting them quicker than my order with DD. I placed an order with them on Monday, but they charged $20 for shipping, plus would have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for them to ship. Canceling that order tomorrow.

Did you go with the Sports or Pros? I've had both and really prefer the Pros. If aimed correctly you shouldn't have any overpowering. Lightwerkz really is the best place to order from. I bought two sets of Pros (white and yellow) and one set of Sports from them. All discounted through specials they were having. I ended up keeping the yellow Pros and selling the rest:thumbsup:

Not an electrical engineer, but sometimes when you add HIDs and LEDs to the system it messes with the radio signal.

RF noise. You'll have to buy a stack of ferrite beads to snap on and pray it goes away. Let me know if you need any help.

    This isn't specific to DD.
